Private Pay Options:

Standard 55-minute session: $160

EMDR Intensives: $160/hour up to 4 hours

There are many benefits to paying for therapy privately. Any diagnosis or treatment would just be between us - there would be no record with your insurance company, unless you send it in for reimbursement. Insurance companies can sometimes become overly involved in clinical decisions such as length of treatment, frequency/length of sessions, and mandated mental health diagnosis for reimbursement. Paying privately gives us much more flexibility and there would be no need for a formal diagnosis.

You may even have out-of-network benefits through your insurance that could cover a portion of the cost by submitting what we call a “superbill” (fancy insurance term for itemized bill).

Insurance Options:

United Healthcare and Aetna

Paying privately for therapy is not an option for everyone, which is why I am paneled with United Healthcare and Aetna. I would be considered “out-of-network” for any other insurance provider. I work with an insurance team that will verify your benefits and let us know what to expect.
