Perfectionism is hard. You want to hold yourself to high standards, but you don’t know how you’ll be able to keep doing it. It comes out in lots of different areas of your life - work, relationships, family, friends. You feel like you are the only one who can do things right, so you might as well do everything. It’s super hard to delegate because you feel like ultimately, it falls back onto you.

Maybe you’ve been this way a long time. Maybe as long as you can remember. You are starting to wonder if there’s another way of being. Maybe holding on to things so tightly isn’t always the way you want to do things.

Therapy can give you the time and space to look at things from a different angle. It is a safe and supportive place to focus the lens on yourself and the kind of life you want.
